How we began - MySourcingTeam was started by a sourcing manager at a mid-sized retailer who was looking for an easier way to connect and collaborate with peers working the same categories. MST is unique in that it is organized by category and focused on building networks for collaborating within specific spend categories.
Who we are – MST is a partnership between Spend Matters, Procurement Leaders and an individual investor who is an active sourcing professional.
Our mission – Our mission is to make category managers more effective in their jobs by making it easier to share information, tools, and connect with counterparts who manage the same areas. The site is designed to do this while protecting the category manager’s identity.
